THE PROCESS OF HANDLING YOUR ORDER.

We will receive your order once you have completed your online shopping. Once we have received your order, will be begin the process of handling your order.

Step 1: Our sales team will check stock availability and send you a Sales Order by email confirming your order including the delivery cost (if applicable).

Step 2: Once you have checked the Sales order form, please send confirmation of your order back to us, via Email.

Step 3: Our dispatch team will arrange and pack your order. Our accounts team will send you an invoice.

Step 4: Once you receive the invoice with our banking details, you will pay the required amount. Send the proof of payment using your order number as a reference through to us by email to accounts@jinboutique21.com

Step 5: Once your payment appears in our bank account, you will be able to collect your order or we will arrange delivery to you.

If for any reason, you do not pay the required amount within 5 working days of receiving the invoice, the goods will be returned to stock, and your order is cancelled.

HOW LONG WILL THE PROCESSING OF YOUR ORDER TAKE?

The lead time on processing your order is 1 – 2 working days. You will receive an email confirming your order. The delivery or collection is 3-5 working days once payment is received. Pay Fast takes around 4 days to clear. 

 

WHAT ARE YOUR CANCELLATION AND REFUND TERMS ON PRODUCTS ORDERED?

Cancellations made within 24 hours of ordering will be accepted and refunded. After 24 hours we will already be working on your order and therefore cannot cancel or refund the order. Please be sure that you check the Sales order form, to confirm that you order is correct and you are accepting the order, as we do not take responsibility for incorrect items received.

Once confirmation is received, we will begin the process of arranging your order.

For your convenience, we offer to exchange or give you store credit for your purchases within 10 days of invoicing should the products be unwanted and meet the below criteria (1.), and within 30 days should the product be defective as per the below criteria (2.).

1.     To return an unwanted item which is not defective, the product must be:

·         Returned within 10 days of the invoiced date.

·         Undamaged and unused, (note: no products may not be returned opened or used) and is in saleable condition.

·         In the original packaging, which must be undamaged and in its original condition.

·         This is in compliance with section 20(2)(b) and (d) of the CPA

 

2.      To return a product which is defective:

·         Defective product returns are only accepted on products which are not regarded as consumables (i.e. Acrylics, Monomer, Nail Kits, etc.)

·         A product which is found to be defective must be returned within 30 days of the invoiced date.

·         To initiate a return on a defective product please submit an email to sales@jinboutique21.com with images of the defect attached and details thereof within the body of the mail.

·         Please ensure to include your desired resolution within the mail, i.e. Refund, Exchange, Store Credit

Please allow a turnaround time of 72 Hours for one of our consultants to review your request and reply.

HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO PROCESS MY ORDER?

HOW DO I KNOW MY SIZE FOR PRESS ON NAILS?

The "Press- On" section has easy to follow tutorial videos and additional information on everything you need to know about sizing your natural nails for press on's. Follow our step-by-step guide on how to measure your nails using either flexible measuring tape or cello tape and a ruler.

Alternatively, we do have a sizing kit available for purchase at R35 excluding delivery.

WHAT IS INCLUDED IN MY PRESS ON ORDER?

Each box of custom press on nails contains the following:

  • 10 press on nails (depending on your package)

  • 1 nail file

  • 1 nail glue

  • 1 wooden cuticle pusher

  • 2 Alcohol wipes

HOW LONG DO PRESS ONS LAST?

If all application instructions are adhered to according to the instruction leaflet included in your order or downloaded, press on nails can last up to two weeks dependent on your wear.
